Garden World Rose Show

28 October @ 9:00 am - 30 October @ 4:00 pm



‘The Rose Show’ is a new venture for Garden World and will take place from Friday 28 October until Sunday 30 October 2022.

One of the main attractions will be the GAUTENG FLORA UNION floral displays, on show from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th together with our Cut Rose Competition.

If you have a rose bloom in your garden that you think is most beautiful, then you need to enter our competition.

There will be a huge variety of garden roses available at discounted prices, together with many other rose related products as part of the Rose Show weekend.

There will also be a photo Exhibition by Derrich Gardner called MOODS OF JOHANNESBURG.

On Saturday, 29th October 2022, 10h00 for 10h30- there will be a FLORAL WORKSHOP with Panda from Pandarasie, where you will learn how to make your own floral masterpiece. This promises to be an exciting fun filled morning.

Also on Saturday 29 October 2022, 12h00 for 12h30 – Celebrate the Rose Festival with friends for a delicious high tea with Sandy Roberts from the Margaret Roberts Herbal Centre as she talks about Healing Herbs and Roses in Teas….

Our Tea Garden will be hosting the Blackhorse Beer Garden with live music on the same day.

On Sunday mid-morning, 30th October the MORRIS MINOR CLUB will be exhibiting their vehicles in our parking lot, and this is a must for all enthusiasts.

And if this is not enough, we will host our first MISS ROSE PETAL contest on Sunday 30th October, hosted by SAACA – South African Animal Cancer Association.
